Owner
Owner and qualified horticulturist, Shelly Prinsloo, has almost 20 years of experience working in nurseries and garden design. After completing her National Diploma in Horticulture at Cape Town University of Technology in 1995, she worked in various citrus nurseries and arboretums, working her way up to leading teams of up to 20 staff members and starting her own companies.
Office Manager
Trudine joined the company in September of 2010 as the company’s office manager responsible for administrative tasks, bookkeeping, payroll and staff concerns.
Senior Supervisor
Michael is the younger brother of Pendu also has worked with Shelley since 2003. Hardworking and loyal, he is a quick thinker and determined worker. He is also experienced in machine operation, garden maintenance, landscaping and driving the company vehicles and machinery.
Head Operator
Johnny is head operator for all machines and maintenance thereof. A bright young man, he works under Brendan to keep the machines in working order.
Mechanical Supervisor
Brendan has a very strong mechanical and technical background and supervises the maintenance of all machinery, training of operators and general supervision with great energy.
Senior Supervisor
Pendu is one of the senior supervisors. Beginning in 2003 as a general worker, then training as a machine operator, Pendu has a very good understanding of landscape gardening, garden maintenance, and machine operation.
Themba, Joseph, Carlos, KC, Nkosibonile, Philesande, Thandisizwe, and Vuyusile joined the company in 2008 and 2009 as general workers. They form the enthusiastic and hard-working backbone of our workforce responsible for garden maintenance and landscaping. Jewel, Samuel, Tankiso are our three skilled machine operators working closely with Brendan and Johnny.
